Where did you get her? Is she a rescue? How much socialization has she had? Bear in mind, everything is new to her. Each dog adjusts differently to change. So, try to be patient. Have you tried treats, toys or feeding her smaller meals with something yummy in it? You can give her a place of her own in your house that is in a quiet spot. Do you know if she is dog friendly? Do you have a friend with a really friendly dog? if so, have them bring the dog for a visit. Feed that dog treats in front of your dog and make a big deal out of it. Don't give your dog any treats unless she comes over for one. That worked very well with Jax when I first got her. Her stomach became more important than her fear. Don't be surprised if it doesn't work right away. Good Luck with her. :)

She has a bunch of videos for building confidence in dogs!

Don't worry to much right now she likely just needs some more time to adjust, just keep spending time with her, take her to new places and teach her tricks so she can become more sure of herself.

If someone wants to pet her give them a treat to feed your dog so she starts associating strangers with positivity and will be less nervous upon meeting them
