If you don't know the answer to this question, you have absolutely no business breeding dogs at all.

I recommend you spay/neuter both animals, ASAP.

Can you breed your half brother/half sister???? Of course you CAN, and these dogs can AND will do it if you leave them together.
Should you breed your half brother/half sister???? Of course NOT, nor should these dogs be allowed to breed either.
PLEASE. the previous answer is correct, if you have to ask a simple question like this you have absolutely NO BUSINESS adding anymore puppies to the already horrific numbers sitting in our shelters and being killed every single day for want of a home.
Get your pets spayed and neutered!!!

Yes they can breed. Is it a good idea, not really. You are looking at having many health problems by staying to close in line of the dogs. If there is a problem, such as heart problems, you are making it twice as likely that the pups will have heart problems. It has been done, but a lot of money in testing of the dogs should be done before they breed. So really the best thing to do is bring another dog in just to keep the risk of problems down.
