Previcox helps a lot but you have to have a prescription and check blood levels periodically. (expensive) Cosequin DS has also helped a lot, you can get this at PetCo. (also expensive) Make sure she moves around, even if she has trouble walking.

I'd also highly recommend putting her on a Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement.
