i have a blue albino pit bull and i have no way of finding the parents how can i trace her background

you can't really, unless she was microchipped or tattooed by her breeder, or if her original owner can be located.

Many, probably most of the pit bulls in America are not registered purebreds anyway, so even if you tracked down her parents, likely as not that's as far as you'd get with her ancestry.
