The treeing walker coonhound I found is very sweet and loveable. He constantly wants to be by me. I have tried for 4 weeks to find his owner, with no luck. At my age I can't keep him. Please, please help save him.

Try looking for a breed rescue. If you can't find one, sometimes good breeders will take them in. Kali's breeder rescued 2 King Shepherds that were from other breed lines. Good Luck!

Look for a well-reviewed no-kill rescue with a foster program. You can google one, but word of mouth is a great way to find the best places, so I'd put out feelers among my friends and loved ones to see if they what they know.
