I am getting a foster puppy to find a home for. Even if I do not own a rescue, can I still post him for adoption here?

He will be here around March 26.

You sure can. You have to make a page for him, though and put him up for adoption on your page.

I'm 80% sure you can, but since you are not a rescue or shelter you cannot charge money.

Yes you can. Make a profile for the dog, and there is a check box option for "Adoptable". Then the "Adopt Me!" badge will appear on the profile.
