Hw can I stop my Chihuahua from biting my grand kids?
I have had Gia for a little over 5 years and she started showing massive agression when she was around 6 months old. I know all Chis are known for this behaviour but a few minutes ago she just bit my 7 year old grand daughter and she's bitten me, my husband, and my 12 year old grand daughter before. How can I stop this!? Is there anyway to contact Victoria Stillwell?? I can't even pet our dog!

First of all, the statement that all Chihuahuas are snappy and bitey is absolutely NOT TRUE!!! We groom and/or board about 20 of them and NOT ONE has ever snapped or bitten anyone. And, many of them live in families with children.
Next, everytime you ask about Gia and this behavior, ALL of us recommend contacting a good behaviorist and having them come to your home and observe your families interaction with her and provide a behavior modification program both for your family AND Gia.
There are no magic solutions... especially not drugs or pills!!! Resolving this issue will take an experienced behaviorist, NOT a trainer, and will take time and hard work on everyone's part. No way is her problem going to be resolved with just email or internet advice/correspondence.
The ONLY solution is getting involved with a behaviorist and the longer you put it off the more serious the issue is and will become.
