How do I stop my 7-month old Bouvier from going nuts when he sees other dogs on the street?
As soon as he sees another dog, he starts pulling the leash in their direction. He's friendly and only wants to play/sniff the other dog, but his behaviour is terribly annoying not only for me but certainly for the other dog's owner.
