I am in desperate needs . When people say they are hard to potty train, they are right. I'd say perhaps impossible.

Make sure he is put on a schedule. Make sure his crate is not to large, he just needs to be able to go in and turn around in it. If the crate is to big he will go in it, that is a dachshund thing. Dachshunds are VERY hard to housebreak, it takes a lot of patience. Good Luck
