		<description>What ever i do it does not work .. if we crate him he will go in crate .. but him outside he will come right in and do it again ..also he likes peeing on anything left on the floor . I am in desperate needs . We were told to get him fixed and that did not work as well.. </description>

			<p>You need to be consistent, stay outside until he goes. Make sure he is put on a schedule. 

Make sure his crate is not to large, he just needs to be able to go in and turn around in it. If the crate is to big he will go in it, that is a dachshund thing.

Dachshunds are VERY hard to housebreak, it takes a lot of patience.
