I think you need a live profile for that (maybe not, though) and your dog's page doesn't seem to be live yet. If you've already set up his profile, this is probably because you need a picture for it.

I'll be happy to be pup pals once it's possible to do so. =)

Also, some members may be inactive or take a while to respond. I've never had a pup pal request rejected, and I don't know of anyone else who has either, but I've had a few people never answer. There are some members that just make a profile and forget about the site after a while.
