They will have the appropiate genitals for their gender.

Puppie's eyes open around the age of 13 days.

You can tell if a puppy is a boy/girl the same way you tell if a grown dog is a boy/girl, but they will have a place where the umbilical cord was which is more up on the stomach then the male parts. Their eyes should open around the second week, so about one more week

Hello!
The other posters are right - you can tell the gender by gently turning the puppy on its back and looking at the genitals.
Please get your mommy dog spayed as soon as she's physically able. She is too young to have puppies, as she is still a puppy herself, at only one year old!
Also, when it's time to find homes for the puppies, when they are at least eight weeks old, please make sure they're spayed or neutered. You don't want them or their offspring to end up in the dog pound as unwanted dogs! Over 2 million dogs are killed every year, just because their parents weren't spayed or neutered.
Enjoy the new babies, and make sure you take them and their mommy dog to the vet in the next few days, to make sure they're all doing well! Good luck!
