If you suspect she's pregnant, you should probably take her to the vet. They can tell you 100% for sure and then there's no guessing.
And, if she is pregnant, she'll need some medical care anyway and you'll need some advice on how to handle things, so I'd say the vet is the best place to start.

Your veterinarian will be able to determine whether or not she's pregnant. Did you know that only 1 out of every 600 shelter pit bulls are adopted or rescued? The others are killed merely because there are not enough homes for the number being produced.

Please spay and neuter your pets. There are enough pit bulls being put to sleep in shelters as it is.
Only by taking her to the vet. Hopefully she isn't she is too young to have babies still and thousands of pits are being euthanized everyday. Finding forever permanent homes are few and hard to come by. The thought of only one puppy from the litter lasting past 2 years of age should concern you instead of making a few bucks. Get her spayed.
