How can I stop my miniature schnauzer to stop barking at everyone when we go out

She has had daily walks since she was three months old, and all around she loves dogs and people, but she gets so excited that whenever she sees a dog outside she barks uncontrollably, she approaches all dogs and is generally submissive, but the barking is non stop, and it is happening with people too, she will bark at them non stop.
