how can i stop my dog from pee-ing inside our house?

My 2-y/o dog is urinating all over our house when he's inside.. how can i stop him?

I would try laying out pads/newspapers and teach him to use those when he's inside, point to it and reward him when he goes on it. Have patience, Shih Tzus are a challenging breed. :)
