She's 50% each. That's how genetics works, offspring get half of their genes from their father and half from their mother.
Since you know what the parents were, no guesswork needs to be done. None at all.

you'll be able to tell better which one she favors more as she gets older. But really, these are two VERY similar breeds in the first place, so I don't really get the point...

She has WAY more Pom in her then Japanses Spitz, but I can still see the Japanese Spitz.

Sorry, Charlie... if one parent is a pom and one is a Spitz then she is 50% pom, and 50% Spitz, no more, no less.
There is no way genetics can fall any other way. Half her genes come from one parent, the other half from the other.
If you mix one cup of sugar with one cup of salt you are going to have half sugar and half salt. Basic math.
If you are asking which breed she resembles most then that is also difficult since both breeds resemble each other. Furthermore, until her adult coat is in and she is grown it is anyone's guess what she will look like.
