Help, my dog has been acting up really badly
I went away for a weekend and had someone come look after my 10 yr old huskyXblack lab. Since then he has been scratching at the door, destroying the fence, getting out and going to a house down the road. We have replaced all gates numerous times. I dont know what to do anymore. I have tried tethering him by chain, muzzle, spraying the gates with a chilli/vinegar mix and nothing deters him

Does the house he's running to have a dog he had never met? And is it the same house he runs to? Also the person who watched your house, did you know them well? Find out what went on while you were away

Is he neutered? If he smells a female dog in heat it could make him act crazy like that, and they can smell from far away.
