its been 4 months since the bitch conceived pregnancy

Since a dog is only pregnant for 63 - 65 days, SOMETHING is wrong!!! I would have an ultrasound done to make sure there are not dead fetuses being reabsorbed in her.

first answer is right. She should go to the vet immediately. don't wait.
She is either, not pregnant or she is in trouble.
She looks great though.
63 days give or take for babies.So, I would say get to the vets
