Has anyone had ear ablation surgery performed on their dog?
The dermatologist specialist says its time to consider ear ablation on my 9 year old german shepherd. I haven't had an appointment to discuss the surgery yet but I googled it. Reading up on the complications scared me half to death and now I'm super worried. Has anyone had this surgery done on their pet? Was it successful? Any complications? I think my poor Sasha will have to have this done on both ears!

I havent even heard of this kind of surgery!!! Do you clean her ears out regularly? i would try this surgery on one ear and see how she responds to it and if she doesnt respond very well to the surgery dont get the other ear done if done properly there shouldnt be any complications i hope everything goes good and best of luck with your beautiful Sasha
