Has any one had this issue before?I have a 4 and a half bloodhound,she always gets on the wrinkles of her neck this redn

Your question was cut off. I assume your dog gets inflammation within the wrinkles on her neck? If so, a lot of wrinkly dogs have the same problem. You should take her to the vet to make sure she doesn't have a skin infection. Good Luck with her.
