Showing in my email I have new gifts..Go to my page and they aren't there. Can you help?

Hmm, I can't get your permanent gifts to open to read either.
I think you should contact HQ through pmail and explain the problem. It may take a few days for them to get back to you.
Maybe try logging out and back into your account.

OMD Jazmine is adorable.
When HQ sent my pets their gifts for Christmas, they said if you couldn't see the gift, try giving your dog a treat to refresh the page.
The treat icon (bone) is below Jazmine's profile pic.
I had to do this with Deogie's page. Treat and then I signed back in.
If this doesn't work, contact HQ, they'll fix the problem ASAP.
