dogs and autism

i have asberger syndrom which is a less severe type of autism and i was wondering if dogs sense that there owners are autistic?

I doubt they sense if a person is Autistic, but I'm sure they pick up on chemical changes when the person is in a meltdown or in much discomfort. I have Autism, and Milo knows when I'm in sensory overload and will react to it. He pushes his weight down on me to calm my body down, among many other things.
