Does anyone know where you can find a rubber-backed leash? (one side polyester(or any other fabric), one side rubber)
My dog aggressive APBT likes to pull quite a bit, and it really hurts my hands. My 4-H leader let me borrow her rubber-backed leash, but I would like to buy one for myself. I've heard of the ROK Straps Dog leashes but they're only rubber on the inside. If anyone can help me out, I would be really grateful! Also, here's the two sides of the leash I have(1st fabric, 2nd rubber):

(preferably a rubber-y leash that's NOT purple, or any neon color. Heh)

Never heard of rubber-backed leashes actually! [I use chain-leashes (they still have fabric handles though) for my dogs usually though...] Sounds really cool! I googled them... found one: www.d4dogz.com.au
So my advice is keep vigilant eyes at petshops and even second-hand shops... also google is a best friend when finding something like that ;)
Good luck!

I've hunted high/ low for a better leash since my GSP is a puller. I tried a gentle leader. A harness. And I finally bought a choke collar and it's working wonders. No more pulling. No more sore hands. And much more pleasurable walks.

I know the "Anti Slip Leash" by Julius K9, it's a rubbery leash made from nylon woven with strings of rubber:

For the pulling: Contact a responsable dog trainer who can show you how to fix it.
