does anyone have homemade recipes for dogs diagnosed with kidney failure?

I am seeking healthy HUMAN GRADE quality food products to prepare a variey of home cooked meals & treats for my dog who was diagnosed with Renal (Kidney) failure. I refuse to purchase or feed her "raw foods," (ie, raw meat, bones and/or organs of any kind). Any help or guidance would certainly be appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help! Also, can anyone recommend a holistic vet in NYC?

I heard a lot of good feedback from zamira customers, they have several supplements for kidney disorders and great cusomer service which you can call and they'll guide you through it.

From The Good Food Cookbook for Dogs...Kidney-Care Diet
Ingredients: 1 lb. salmon, 1 1/2 qts. water, 4 potatoes (peeled and cubed), 4 carrots (peeled and cubed)

*or use 1 lb. cooked chicken breasts or a combo of cooked chicken & eggs, depending on the type of kidney disease your dog has. Your vet will let you know whether a fish or chicken diet is appropriate.

1. Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet and place in preheated 400 degree oven. Bake until fish is cooked through and flakes easily, about 20 minutes. Let fish cool slightly, then flake, picking through fish carefully to remove all bones.
2. Meanwhile, bring water to aboil in a large saucepan. Add potatoes and carrots and cook until vegetables are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and mash.
3. In a large bowl, combine vegetables and flaked fish. Makes about 1 1/2 qts. Serve with kidney diet (k/d) dry dog food. Mix half and half
