Do Papillions have very freckled skin?

My 2 year old Pappy has the most freckled skin I've ever seen on a dog.

My Papillon mix doesn't, but I've known dogs who do. My uncle's JRT Snoopy has speckled skin on his belly. It's normal...and cute!

i'm a purebred pap and i have freckles on my tummy. they are big and mommy thinks i have a "cow tummy"

Some do and some don't. The freckles are called ticking.
