Curious about my dogs reaction to bath

Hi all. This might be a stupid question but I'm just curious. Whenever I say "Do you want to go for a bath?!" my dog will immediately run up and start jumping on me and licking my face and get excited. Is this her way of saying "yes OHGOD YES." or her way of saying "no pls, im a good girl see? I dont need one?"

Most dogs, unless they have a medical condition, don't need to be bathed more than once or twice a month. Over-bathing your dog can actually dry out their skin, causing problems. To answer your original question, she may actually like to get bathed and knows what the word means, or she may just be responding to your tone when you ask her the question. Either way, it sound like a positive response.

Though I don't take my self as an expert when it comes to pets specially dogs but my little goofy do the same thing even when not taking a bath. For me I take those gestures as approval or positive response when I asked something or give him foods.
