My 10 year old shih tzu..."Happy" has cups which stands for some dental disease...we have taken her to the dentist and our vet is right on with his treatment...now we will have to get all her teeth pulled...she only has 8-l0 left...my question is does it bother her that her tongue will always hang out... thank you...Brenda & Ronnie Lowery
