Could my dog be a Toller?
The more I read about the breed, the more I think she could be one. Yes, this is all speculation, but what do you think?

Don't you worry, no matter what she is or isn't, she's a good dog and I'll love her regardless. Her breed is just a fascinating puzzle to me.

I'm certainly not an expert, but to me she looks like a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix. I don't know a whole lot about Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, so it's certainly possible she could have some Toller in her. I know that sometimes people mistake them for Goldens. I do think it looks like she very likely has some shepherd in her, though.

No expert here either but I agree with the first answer. Probably not a toller. I also see Golden ret in there.

It's possible. But she does look like a Golden/GSD mix to me. And it's more likely that she is a Golden/GSD cross since Tollers are pretty rare. It's less likely one had an accidental breeding.

You could be part Toller! If you've read about the breed personality and it matches Mississippi's (cute name!) traits - you know her personality best! They have a very distinct personality from Goldens. Also, Tollers are much smaller than most retrievers with a different body structure. So if you're smaller - size could be a good clue. :)
