Continued Help for my Kona

I want to thank everyone who had some answers for Kona's mystery illness. It warms my heart so that dog lovers like us that care enough to help us try and figure out her serious health concern. Limited space here, had to condense my concerns. I also thank Dogster for their space so I can write about her. This morning she returned to the Vet for more tests and stayed there for about 5 hours. It could be a form of Addisons Disease, but nothing definitive. She is a shadow of her former self, weight wise.. We now need to give her IV fluids at home,250cc's 3 times daily to add to her antibiotic and her Tagamet. In her bill today they wrote she had 2 xrays done, and we know now that her blood work is now off a bit and it shows an infection-somewhere.(new) Results tomorrow we hope. I monitor my emails, and consider every suggestion from anyone here. We'd never just put her or any of our dogs down because this is complicated. Forever owners! She is such a great dog, so sweet.
