I would not have that be the only thing the dog eats, but yes your dog should be able to eat turkey.

1) No such thing as a *tea cup" anything
2) It is spelled *pomeranian
3) Yes, he can have some cooked turkey. Avoid too much skin & don't feed too much. You can cut it into tiny pieces, load up a baggie & freeze it for awesome training treats.

Yes, it should be fine. There are some people who feed their dogs only that, though it doesn't have the nutritional value your dog needs.
