can i feed 3months old labrador puppy veg. food?

Dogs are carnivores. They NEED meat. They do not have the grinding molars needed to crush vegetables, and they do not produce the amylase needed to digest veggies in their raw form.
There are vegetarian foods on the market, but my opinion is that they are to soothe the owner & do not take into account a dog's physiology.
To ensure proper bone growth & a healthy immune system your puppy should be eating a large breed puppy food that is grain free & lists an identifiable meat as the number one ingredient.

i gotta agree with wiley. dogs need meat. especially large breed dogs and sporting breeds. dogs are not meant to vegatarian. in fact alot of fruits and vegatables can be deadly for dogs. example, an apple core won't digest and can cause blockage. also, consuming the seeds of apples and pears over a prolonged period of time can have the same effect as cyanide posioning. yeah so stick to meat
