Can dogs safely eat mulberries? If so how much is too much?

As far as I know, mulberries are not toxic to dogs. You can google them and see if they show up on any kind of toxic plant list.

Now, just because they're non toxic doesn't mean you should feed a dog mulberries. They contain a high sugar content, like most berries, and can cause health problems (in the short term, diarrhea and vomiting) and probably aren't something you want your dog to be eating that much of.
