Can anyone tell what kind of dog my dog is in this pic??? Alot of people say she is a Pekingese

I agree it is almost impossible to see the dog in your photo, BUT, I can see enough to tell she is not a pekingese. They have very short legs and very big heads as well as full, longer coats.
Your dog appears to be quite short haired and definitely does not have short legs.
Try to repost with a better photo and try some with side shots as well.
