They can get ringworm, so I would assume they can get athletes foot. Smell your dog's feet to see if they stink pretty bad. When dogs lick their paws a lot the moist environment can cause yeast/bacteria to grow. Check the feet and if you see infection or it smells bad, you can use DermaChlor Flush Plus to get rid of it. I've never used it, but someone else has and said it worked well. You can pick it up from the vet.
