Aren't nursing pups suppose to be immune from parvo?

Only if their mother was immune to it thru vaccination AND they received her milk during their first 24 hours of birth via the colostrum. Immunity in baby puppies is depended on antibiodies they get from their mother via her first milk, called colostrum. This colostrum must be the first milk they receive in order to be absorbed thru the intestine as their intestine quickly becomes unable to absorb these antibodies, usually about 24 hours from birth. After this colostrum is gone there is no other protection provided by mothers milk.
If for any reason they did not get this first milk from their mother OR were unable to absorb it due to the intestine already changing over, or, their mother had no immunity to parvo, they would have no protection on their own.

no. not at all. Parvo has survived for thousands of years. Not only heat, chemical and cold tolerant but it is an airborne virus.
Puppies should be vaccinated by your vet, see your vet for the appropriate intervals to have this done.
Parvo can survive in houses and outside for several years no matter the condition of weather it is.

No, any dog can get parvo, even the rare, already vaccinated dog.
Don't take the pups out until they've recieved vaccs.

agree with the first post, but after they are weaned, i believe they have to get their routine vaccinations, including parvo once they reach that age.
