The breed is generally good with other dogs and other people. However, it is always recommended that no matter what - you socialize your dogs early, that means getting them to meet other people, dogs, cats, ect. So that way they are not afraid of them or feel the intense urge to protect you from them (they are good watchdogs by nature!)
