No, bloodhounds NEVER bite anyone! They're more likely to love the lost or missing person once they have found him/her. In my lifetime, I've never ran across an ill-tempered bloodhound.

The only reason that a dog should bite a person is because he feels a need to defend himself/his person, he is ill, or he is poorly trained.
As long as you are dealing with a healthy, well-trained dog who does not feel threatened, you will be fine. :)
