Hey... I see your question was never answered so I’ll give it a try. I don’t know of any specific store that sells inexpensive exercise pens, however, I would suggest that you check the “pets” section of your local craigslist or kijiji site. I’ve seen people sell exercise pens and dog runs on there before. You could even try posting your own add on kijiji/craigslist explaining what you’re looking for and perhaps someone will have one they’re willing to part with.
