Any Northern California Veterinarians who will help with rescues?

I just rescued a 5 year old female dachshund, Abby. She had been only fed human food and wet food. She is in dire need of a dental/ a few tooth extractions. I am wondering if there are any resources for financial assistance with rescues or vets in Northern California that are willing to give discounted service. I just want the best for Abby and waiting a few months for additional fund is not helping her soon enough!
