About emo's trouble.....
Ok here's the deal. We got laid off so I have no$ to take him to a vet! VA's max unemployment is only 403 a week...He seems to be winded though and MUCH more lazyish than he ever has been. He's usually a really hyper pup and I am worried! He isnt doing much beside sleeping and eating. I did give him half an asprin and that seemed to help a lil bit but not much. I have heard of dogs catching stuff at the vets like kennel cough but he has his vac's, so I dont know what to think honestly! If I had the $ to take him into a vet I would have already. I dont even have $ for milk right now much less a vet. Does anyone have any suggestions? THis is weird behavior 4 him! He was nuetered on the 27th of april. I dont know if he caught something while there or ???? I just want my dog to be healthy!

Noooooo aspirin!
You don't know what you're treating.
He needs to see a vet.
Even a simple office visit will at least allow his heart and lungs to be checked and he can feel for any organs that have grown in size.
Seriously, I know it's hard, I've been there where I've had to make the decision about where my last $50 goes. The reality is that perhaps a visit to the foodbank may be in order. This will take the strain off your grocery bill and those funds can be allocated towards his veterinary visit.
Sacrifices must be made.

It could be a number of things there is no way to find out without takeing him to the vet. You can call arould some vets might set up payments.

OK, I understand about being broke..I guess some people just dont understand. Since he was just at a vet less than a month ago for fixing, the least I would do is call that vet or whatever organization fixed him and let them know the problem. They might could give advice over phone or maybe see him without charging you since it could be related to the surgery. At least give it a try!

As much as we would love to be able to diagnose what is wrong with your dog, we just aren't able to. We can answer things we have all gone through and give advice as to what worked for us, but when it comes to a dog being ill, we almost always agree that it really requires a vet visit. We just don't want to give someone bad information that may end up costing a dog his life.
If you have anything of value to sell, then you may need to do so. See if a friend or family member will understand how much you love your Emo, and ask for help. Call your vet, tell him your situation, ask for a payment option, call your local shelter, they sometimes have connections that might help. There are many ways to get help for Emo, but you just have to do alot of leg work.
I wish you both the best, and I hope you are able to find some way of getting Emo some professional help.
