5 yr old Shih- Tzu lethargic and no apetite. Pale gums observed.
My Shih- Tzu has been lethargic and not eating well for the past 3 days. Temperature is normal. No diarrhoea or vomiting so far. Vet observed pale gums and parasites in blood but could not pin point exact problem. Vet gave my dog a shot and prescribed antibiotics. Any idea what could be the problem here?

My pom was lethargic and had no appetite all of a sudden in January. They did a blood test and found that the enzyme in her liver was high. We are on liver medications now. Good luck and take care.
