Why in the world have you let this continue for a week without taking him to your veterinarian????
If you were in this kind of pain I would suspect you would visit a doctor, why should your dog deserve any less? It is nothing less than cruelty to animals!
Get off the internet and get him to a veterinarian immediately! No one here can treat him thru the internet!
