Are Weimaraners Hypoallergenic?
No. Weimaraners are not hypoallergenic. Some people believe that since Weimaraners have short coats, they do not shed or give off allergens that exacerbate a person’s allergies. That is simply not the case. In fact, most people are allergic to a dog’s saliva and urine in addition to fur and dander.
