Goldendoodle

Mixed dog breeds, also called crossbreeds, hybrid breeds, or designer dogs, are incredibly popular and versatile dogs. These hybrids combine different breeds to get the best traits out of each parent dog, like adding the low-shedding qualities of a Poodle to the sweet personality of a Golden Retriever. Crossbreeding dogs can also help avoid or reduce the risk of genetic diseases that you might find in purebred dogs. But with so many dog breeds in circulation, how do you find the right hybrid for you and your family? If there was a hybrid dog breed generator, you could select two breeds and hit "mix" and it would show you what came out. But until that's created, we've got a dog breed mixer generator of our own.

Here's our alphabetical list of over 100 popular and rare mixed dog breeds, from the well-known Goldendoodle to the more unusual Boxador and Alusky. If you're interested in adopting a great mixed breed dog, we'll bet you can find it on this list of crossbred dogs!

These two babies (both about 14 lbs) are Terrier mixes and joined my house after Sadie died in 2012. Other than nearly incessant barking, they are perfect.

Hi. This is rather an unusual request! I have a 19yr old lovely persian cat who is suffering terribly with arthritis. I have to face the fact I will have to have him sent off to heaven. I had to put another little small breed puss put to sleep just two years ago as she was quite ill having had head jerks for months. What I am asking is - is there a Veterinarian in Perth who does not have to shave their arm to insert the needle? I found the little puss was very, very traumatised by the shaving. Is there some way an injection be administered without having to use the shaver, please? Thank you so very much for your time to read my problem. Dianna J.
