Campgrounds 695 Chippokes Park Road Surry, VA 23883 As one of the oldest working farms in the US, Chippokes is a living historical exhibit, and among the cultivated gardens and woodlands, all the traditional recreation is offered. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for an additional $3 per night per pet. Dogs may not be left unattended, and they must be on no more than a 6 foot leash, and be cleaned up after. Dogs are not allowed in the buildings, but they are allowed on the trails unless otherwise marked. This campground is closed during the off-season. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground.
