A beautiful nature trail leads to a 2½ mile long sandy beach at this 500 acre preserve, and it is a great place for bird and wildlife viewing. Dogs are allowed throughout the park and on the beach from September 16th through May 14th; they are not allowed during the summer on ANY Hampton public beach. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
