The mission of Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends, Inc. is to end pet overpopulation. We strive to accomplish our mission through three main goals: 1. Promote informed, responsible, and humane companion animal ownership; 2. Eliminate euthanasia of healthy adoptable animals and animal homelessness; 3. Achieve total sterilization of all companion animals. AARF was founded in 2002 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization licensed by the state of Georgia that works to assist abandoned, abused and stray animals in finding new, loving homes. AARF works with all breeds of dogs and cats. We utilize a network of foster care providers to house the rescued animals, provide them complete medical care, (including spaying or neutering and microchipping), and then place them into loving permanent homes. AARF is run solely on adoption fees, private donations and charitable grants without government support. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization licensed by the state of Georgia and all donations are tax-deductible.

We take in dogs from area shelters, dogs that are found as strays by the public, and owned dogs that need new homes. We strive to educate the public about the responsibilities of owning a beagle in particular and all pets in general. Responsible pet owners...hip starts with spaying and neutering and Atlanta Beagle Rescue strongly advocates for access to low cost spay/neuter surgery for the public. All of our beagles are spayed/neutered before adoption (age or health issues excepting).

Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption is a nonprofit, volunteer-based no-kill animal shelter located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We are dedicated to finding great homes for homeless purebred and mixed-breed dogs and cats. All of our pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and started on a flea prevention program prior to adoption. Prior to adoption, adult dogs are tested for heartworms; cats are tested for feline leukemia or aids.
