Campgrounds 2100 W French Avenue Orange City, FL 32763 Blue Spring, a scenic recreation area, is also a designated manatee refuge because the warm waters in winter create a perfect habitat for the growing population of West Indian Manatees. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended for more than 30 minutes at a time, and they must have current rabies and shot records. Dogs must be on no more than a 6 foot leash, and be cleaned up after. Dogs are not allowed in buildings or on the beaches. Dogs are allowed on the trails. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs.
