Animals Rule Placement Foundation is a registered 501 (C) 3 Non Profit Organization #13-4264510. We are based out of the South Bay, in the City of San Pedro, California. Our funding comes entirely from donations, our adoption fees and fund raisers. We do not receive any City, County or Government funding. Your tax deductible donation is used 100% for the welfare and veterinary care of the animals while they are with us. Animals Rule Placement Foundation was founded in 2003 by Stephanie Crawford. We are a group of non paid volunteers who have come together to rescue and foster animals in need of adoption. We believe in the spay & neuter of all animals, regardless of breed, in order to aid in the prevention of pet overpopulation. We strive to help decrease the number of dogs being euthanized in our local animal shelters by providing basic training for those dogs that have behaviors which need to be modified. We also make sure sick or injured animals receive veterinary care and necessary rehabilitation. Our dogs come to us from a variety of different sources. Some dogs are rescued from our City and County Shelters, most are strays, neglected, abandoned or abused.
