I am feeding Acana Simple Singles line Lamb & Apple. I was feeding TOTW SIerra (Lamb).
We changed over when the first recall came out of the NC Diamond plant. Even though then they said there were no issues with the Natural Balance, TOTW and other foods I said no way.
There are many foods processed there so check the lists before you buy.

| Barked: Wed Apr 13, '11 5:16pm PST | | | | | My mom got me before she "knew" better.
I am a "Morkie" (Maltese & Yorkie).
I was breed in a puppy mill.
When mom realized everything I was suffering from (ring worm, ear mite, ear yeast infections, mange, ...) she contacted the breeder who said to send me back. That would have been my death sentence.
Mom said no and kept me.
I have had many health issues.
My mommy loved me and spent thousands of dollars getting me to a "healthy" state within the first year of my life.
I now have luxating patella.
I have a really cool brother now named Mickey who is a Yorkie.
We play with mom at the YorkiTalk.com boards.
This is where mom got helpful info to help me & where she learned about backyard breeders before she got Mickey.

I love Nature's Variety.
Of the 3 you listed...Innova

| Barked: Wed Feb 3, '10 8:04pm PST | | | | | Orijen Puppy Formula would be a great choice.
I ate EVO as a puppy.
On the EVO site it states:
"Animal feeding tests using AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) procedures substantiate that EVO Turkey & Chicken Formula Small Bites dog food provides complete and balanced nutrition for all life stages."

I am almost 2 yrs old now and I eat Natures Variety Prairie line and Acana because they are lower protein. Still grain free though.
