We have a XL pet bed from WalMart. It has a washable cover... after a few months, the stuffing got flat, so I add foam pads (from Hobby Lobby) underneath, and that seems to stand up to 142 lbs. smile

I like to drink out of the bathroom sink (toilets are for short dogs!) and I, too bounce when I see other dogs or when mommy comes home from work! I just want to play with cats and squirrels in the back yard but they run away frown I hate the vacuum cleaner, but I get brave and attack it sometimes!

1.) What is your dogs breed?
GREAT DANE

2.) List ten pros and ten cons about owning this breed.
PROS- LOVING, PROTECTIVE OF MOM, NON-THREATENING & HARMLESS TO OTHER ANIMALS (HE ALWAYS JUST WANTS TO PLAY) CALM, GETS A LOT OF ATTENTION
CONS- EATS A LOT, REQUIRES LARGER EVERYTHING (MORE EXPENSIVE) HARD TO TAKE PLACES (OTHER PEOPLE'S HOUSES)

3.) Would you or have you ever but your dog in a small crate under your seat on the plane?
I'VE NEVER TAKEN HIM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN IN CAR RIDES (IN THE BACK SEAT OF MY COROLLA! HAHA)

4.) How much room do they need?
HYPOTHETICALLY NOT A LOT OF ROOM, HE SLEEPS ALOT BUT HE DOES NEED ROOM TO RUN AND PLAY EVERY NOW AND THEN

5.) Are they diggers?
IF HE GETS BORED AND THERE IS DIRT AVAILABLE, YES!

6.) Do they have to have a job?
I DIDN'T KNOW DOGS REQUIRED JOBS...

7.) Can they be left alone for long periods of time?
NO HE GETS LONELY, HE HAS TO BE AROUND PEOPLE

Someone asked me if Bruce was a Lab... I can see why they would think that. I'm sure in a few months people will think he's a horse. haha
